To kick off our new series - Cooked - we headed down to everyone's favourite new spot Browns of Leith to catch up with our good friends at Civerino's.

Speaking with the owner, Michele Civiera, we get the lowdown on opening a new space in Leith under a new vendor format for the brand, introducing a New Haven style pizza, and we find out the question on everyone's mind - what is the pizza boss' go to slice.
