Shipping policy
The following is an extract taken from our full Shipping & Returns page, which is clearly shown on our website landing page:
'We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. The delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, however, should the package still be in our possession, we will try our best to make amendments if required.
A signature will be required for all shipments, before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.'
As the customer is claiming they tried to amend the address on this occasion, it is clearly stated above that the delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched. Once the customers order has been handed to our shipping carrier - Royal Mail - we are unable to amend or make any further changes to the shipping address. Any enquiries which involve changes or amendments must be made to the shipping carrier. The customer can find out who the shipping carrier is via the shipping confirmation email they received on December 22 at 3:35pm, as we issue a tracking number which the customer can follow for updates on their order, and takes them to the shipping carriers website tracking page.
