Delivery

Our estimated times for postage delivery and standard charges are as follows:

  • UK Tracked 24 – (aims for next day but not guaranteed) - £4.99 per order.
  • UK Tracked 48 (aims within two business days but not guaranteed) - £3.99 per order. (FREE on all orders over £100.00)
  • UK Special Delivery (guaranteed before 1pm next day) - £9.99
  • EU Special (2-7 business days) - £14.99 per order.
  • EU Standard (3-10 business days) - £10.00 per order.
  • International Standard (3-17 business days - £20.00 per order.
  • International Special (2-11 business days) - £25.00 per order.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. The delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, however, should the package still be in our possession, we will try our best to make amendments if required.

A signature will be required for all shipments, before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.


Returns

All returns must be shipped to the address below:

We cannot accept returns after 14 days after a parcel has been delivered. All goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (if applicable). If we deem the goods to match any of the above we cannot refund your order. We also do not currently offer free returns, the customer must make their own return arrangements through their chosen courier service.

Orders made before December 25th have an extended return deadline of January 31st. The same rules apply as above in regards to the state of the product so please make sure your package follows the guidelines set.

Please make sure you order before the dates that align with your location or your parcel will not be delivered before December 25th and the same return policies will apply as stated above in the Returns section.
