Delivery


Our estimated times for postage delivery and standard charges are as follows:


 

  • UK Tracked 24 (1-2 business days)  £5.00
  • UK Tracked 48 (2-3 business days) - £4.00
  • UK Special Delivery (guaranteed before 1pm next day) - £15.50
  • EU Tracked (4-5 business days) - £15.50
  • International Tracked (6-7 business days) - £20.00

 

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. The delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, however, if you entered the incorrect details or wish to make a change once dispatched, please email us at info@smi-menswear.co.uk


Before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged goods.


Returns


All returns must be shipped to the address below within the returns window:

We cannot accept returns after 14 days once a parcel has been delivered. If you wish to return an item and are unable within the 14 day return window, please reach out to us via email.

All goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (if applicable). If we deem the goods to match any of the above your order will not be refunded. We also do not currently offer free returns, the customer must make their own return arrangements through their chosen courier service.


Christmas Delivery


All online orders placed between December 1st and December 23rd have an extended return deadline of January 14th. The same rules apply as above concerning the state of the product so please make sure you follow our guidelines.

Sale items do also NOT apply to our extended returns policy. Any items purchased on sale between December 1st and 24th will need to be returned within our standard 14 day return window, as stated in the first paragraph above.

US & Rest of the World Standard - 6th December
US & Rest of the World Special - 16th December

Please make sure you order before the dates that align with your location or your parcel will not be delivered before December 25th and the same return policies will apply as stated above in the Returns section.
